At Air Conditioning One, we want to ensure your home stays comfortable, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all uninstalled units and accessories in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process makes it easy to request a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the air conditioning unit or parts in the original manufacturer's crate or box, including all manuals, hardware, and remote controls to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured carrier label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized shipping center for transport to our inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit is uninstalled and in resalable condition, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
