Do you offer professional installation services?
Air Conditioning One provides the hardware only. We recommend hiring a licensed HVAC professional for installation to ensure your manufacturer warranty remains valid and the unit operates efficiently.
What is your return policy for opened units?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. However, units must be in their original, unopened packaging. Once a unit has been installed or the box has been opened, it cannot be returned due to safety and certification regulations.
Are your products covered by a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all air conditioners and heating systems sold on our site come with full manufacturer warranties. Please register your product on the manufacturer's website within 60 days of purchase to activate full coverage.
How do I know which BTU capacity is right for my room?
